It is a static sculpture which presents a collection of movement. I adopt the digital technology to capture the dancer’s actions and coagulate the traces into one physical representation. The work signifies a reconsideration, a re-gaze of my identity and identity attributes within the digital age, an age when the electronic equipment and algorithm supersede the maximum of human eyes and brain. Thus the alienation of human body emerges on both ends: the subject and the object. The swing between physique and dynamic is so fascinating. It is vague, psychedelic and enchanting.
